Fishbowl Cake
This little fishbowl was made from a cupcake for the Cupcake/Ice Cream cone division at a cake show.
It is made from a round cupcake and covered in blue fondant. The fish are
cut from fondant and painted gold when they are dry. The white ring around
the top is also a piece of fondant that was rolled out and attached to the top.
The 7" cake board was covered in fondant then sponged with golden yellow
food coloring. The green on the bottom was added with a leaf tube and royal icing.
The cupcake took 1st at the show.
