Hi I'm Sally, to my world, or at least to this my little niche on the web. Now before you get all excited, I must tell you that you haven't stumbled on the most exciting website in cyberspace. What you have found is a page where I can set down my thought, share some fun links and perhaps share hope and support with others. Now you're probably wondering what was with all the daffodils and the poem on my main page. You see I have Cancer, yep the Big "C", and the daffodil is the cancer flower. Now cancer and I are old adversaries. I have met him head on three times before and beaten him fair and square. In fact the doctors told me "there weren't gonna be no rematch" as I had made such wonderful recoveries.

Of course I should have had second thoughts as they had told me much the same thing before. I have had surgeries, chemotherapy and even a few experimental drugs, yet the big "C" keeps coming back. How I wish he would let me get on with my life.

Now speaking of my life, I am blessed with a wonderful son Brad who is away at college, a huge, wonderful family, some great friends, and my confidante and best buddy Chelsea. They are what keeps me going when the pain gets too much. I love and thank God for them all. I have been blessed with some wonderful doctors and nurses who have taken good care of me. My best friend (who will never forgive me if I don't mention her) has been right by my side since I started this battle with cancer and without her sense of humor and funny stories I could have never made it this far. I have eight wonderful sisters and four great brothers and the GREATEST mom in the world. Well, enough about me. I hope you enjoy my little corner of the world.
