SIXTH BORN CHILD OF CONRAD AND CAROLINE (ROLFENK) LAMPMANN:

Karoline "Wilhelmine" Friederike Sophie Lampmann was born 20 July 1878 in Schluesselburg, Germany. She immigrated with her family to the US and arrived in New York on 19 June 1885 by way of Bremen/Southampton on the passenger ship "Rhein".

Wilhelmine was confirmed in the Lutheran Church in White Lake, Aurora County, South Dakota in March 1893. She married Henry Wallbaum 26 June 1902 in Gales Township, Aurora County, South Dakota at the age of 23. Henry was also 23 years of age. They had 5 children.

Henry Wallbaum was born 6 September 1878 in Wellsburg, Grundy County, Iowa.

Wilhelmine died 30 April 1921 near White Lake, Aurora County, South Dakota at the age of 42. Her cause of death was pneumonia. After her death her husband, Henry, married Lois Tripp.

Henry died 20 February 1961 in White Lake, Aurora County, South Dakota at the age of 82. Both Wilhelmine and Henry are buried in the family plot in Crystal Lake Cemetery, White Lake, Aurora County, South Dakota. Wilhelmine was buried 5 May 1921.
