(1) was born in 1642 in Scotland or England(thought to be Scotland).
He died in 1701 in Henrico Co., VA. This is the firstt relative found. At
age 45 Henry and wife Elizabeth, age 31 came t into court and said a man by the
name of Downs did abuse John Brodnax calling him a cheating rouge son of a whole
and many scandalous thingsand did stirke him.

William, Mary Cox, wife of Richard Cox, Susanna and Rebecca Trent.
He was married to Elizabeth SHERMAN (daughter of Henry
SHERMAN and Cisely HUTCHINS) about 1672 in Henrico Co., VA.
