A Letter To Daddy
You was a good Daddy and I loved you so dear,
So, Daddy don't worry about Mama, we'll take care of her,
Daddy, I'll remember your warmth and your smile, it will never go away,

Daddy, I am writing this letter to let you know,
We all still love you and will miss you so.
I can't understand why God called you away,
It just doesn't seem right, but I know things happen that way.
And it will hurt not to have you here.
Daddy, you raised your family all to be grown,
And loved all your grandchildren and they loved you so.
Someday she will be with you, the same as always.
Daddy, you and Mama was the best there could be,
You took care of us when we couldn't take care of ourselves.
And you will still be with us, day after day.
Well, Daddy, I guess I had better close,
From your daughter Jean, who misses you so.
