Eating...

something we all must do to live.
Some of us, including myself,
live to eat instead of eating to live.
We tend to bury our feelings with food.
It's time to learn to deal with
our feelings in positive ways,
instead of self destructive ones.
I'm no expert, but hopefully as I learn
to control this part of my life,
I can help someone along the way.
Here is what we should be eating...

These are only guidelines...be sure to eat
a balanced diet including all of the 4 food groups.
Be sure to include a variety of
foods to keep it interesting.
