Alright, I admit it. I've been biten by the scrapbooking bug! I have been interested in doing it for awhile now, but finally got the chance to do it when I received a scrapbook as an early birthday present from my friend Linda. ~Thanks again Linda!~ I am now hopelessly hooked!

If you have been thinking of starting this enjoyable craft, don't hesitate any longer! WARNING!: It is addictive! Everything you see promotes the response of..how can I use that on one of my pages? But it's well worth the time and effort (and it does take a long time to complete just one page!) to have an album of family and personal memories that will withstand the passage of time and be more personal than just a bunch of pictures stuck in an album or lying around in shoe boxes.

Well enough of my chit-chat, I'm sure you're anxious to explore the various pages I have found. Enjoy your wanderings, and be sure to check out my small list of ideas and tips and the bottom of the page too!

Tips and ideas for your scrapbook pages

If, like me, you like to use die-cuts that you have made from templates rather than using a lot of stickers, here are a few ideas for you.

Check out the choices in your local library. I did that the other day and got some very good ideas from a very helpful librarian. Here's what she came up with.

I like to copy the designs on a copier, and then use a light table to trace them onto white scrapbooking paper and color in with colored pencils. You could also make your own template using the same kind of plastic they use for stencils in the craft stores. If you have any ideas you'd like to share, please feel free to E-mail them to me and I'll be sure and put them here.
