City Taxes

Occupation Tax: Businesses within the Harlem city limits are required to pay an annual occupation tax. You must register your business with the city by completing an Application for Occupation Tax Certificate. Before you print the form, set the font size in your browser so that the first sentence on the form fits on one line. Then print the form by clicking on the 'File' menu at top of the screen and selecting 'Print'. To return to this page, click on 'Back' on the toolbar or on your browser's menu bar.^st

Tax Mill Rate: 5.5 mills based on 40% property value.

Tax payments are due by January 31 of each year.
