Called Heudiert of Fairlight in a document of 1230 when she was a widow. Between 1216 and 1220 she abandoned all rights of her dowry at Fairlight to the Abbey at Robertsbridge. The terms of this document allude to the tragic end of her husband, stating that she did not wish to take revenge for his death. See Egerton Charter, British Museum, London, 384-92075. [THELMA.GED]
