uhama married as his second wife Lieut. John Smith¹. He had married first on 4 Jan 1649 Deborah Howland, daughter of Arthur and Margaret of Marshfield. Deborah was still alive on 16 Oct 1665¹. Lieut. John Smith died 15 Jan 1692 at Dartmouth, being in his 74th year¹. Ruhama was still alive at the time of the 1707 agreement over her father's estate.
