bigail3, b. 20 Nov 1698 [?1697]; named in the will of her uncle Joseph Landers 27 Jul 1749; d. unmar. shortly before 15 May 1769. Her will, dated 15 May 1764, calling herself "spinster" gives "To my loving nephew [!] Sarah Parker the wife of Thomas Parker Junr., of Falmouth and to her heirs, all my wearing apparel and also all my estate of what kind or sort soever, wherever the same may be found and I do constitute Thomas Parker, Junr., afsd, sole Executor" - she signed by mark. Witnessed: Roland Robinson, Thankfull Robinson, Mary Swift. The executor presented the will for probate 15 May 1769 at which time Roland Robinson was dead, but his widow Thankful (Dimock) Robinson and his daughter Mary (Robinson) Swift, wife of Moses5 Swift, deposed as the surviving witnesses (Barnstable County Probates, 12:443).
