ot5 Landers (? Prince4, Amos3, Richard2, Thomas1), born about 1761, died perhaps about 1793.
He married 5 July 1789 Chloe6 Hatch, daughter of Obed5 and Ruth (Dexter) Hatch and sister of Martha6 Hatch who married Nicholas Landers, born 2 Sept. 1768, died in January 1840. The widow, Chloe Landers, married secondly, Silvanus Hamblen, widower of her sister Jane.
There is no direct evidence that this Lot Landers was a son of Prince4 Landers; the indirect evidence is less strong than in the case of Nicholas5 Landers. The probability that Lot was a grandson of Amos3 Landers is strong, however. The facts that Lot and Nicholas Landers married sisters, and that Nicholas named a son Lot, are in harmony with the hypothesis.
Children, perhaps an incomplete list (Genealogy and History of the Hatch Family, compiled by the Hatch Genealogical Association (1925)). [Lydia B. (Phinney) Brownson and Maclean W. McLean, "Thomas1 Landers of Sandwich, Mass.," NEHGR 124:281]
