The will of Reuben Wait, dated 11 Oct. 1707, proved 5 Nov. 1707, makes his wife Tabatha executrix and names his sons: Thomas, Benjamin, Joseph, Reuben, Jeremiah, and daughters: Eleanor, Abigail and Tabitha (John Osborne Austin, Genealogical Dictionary of Rhode Island (1887), p.404).
