Says he died in Tinmouth, VT, abt 1792. His land is Stoughton was bounded southerly by "the Colony Line" and by Jeremiah Willis (who in 1742 married Eliakim’s widowed sister, Remember (Perry) Tupper). He was appointed administrator of the estate of his brother-in-law Thomas Tupper, Jr., and on 12 Aug 1740, as administrator, he sold some of the Tupper land to his brother, Nathaniel. Eliakim Perry removed to Norwich about 1747 and before 1775, he moved again to the neighborhood of Tinmouth.
