Born October 8, 1949, Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of Helen (McNeil) Cushman and the late Roger Cushman.

Besides her mother, she is survived by her husband, John Schreidl; a daughter: Kristina H. Schreidl, Cumberland, MD; a son: John H. Schreidl, Las Vegas, NV; four brothers: Timothy Cushman and wife, Mary, Langhorne, PA; Thomas Cushman and wife, Kathleen, Landsdale, PA; Terrence Cushman and wife, Maureen, Philadelphia, PA; and Kevin Cushman and wife, Lou Ann, Souderton, PA.
