Doctor Mar and Ms K
My association with Mar began when he was about 12 years old. He came home from school with my oldest son. He and I hit it off right away. He played baseball, and soccer with my three boys and was a frequent guest at our home. He always called me Mrs D.... On many occasions I asked him to call me by my first name but he said he could not. We finally compromised on Mamadayski and that is what he calls me to this day. Mario was a charming, well mannered and very bright boy. He soon won my heart and an honorary status as our fourth son. Mar was a mentor to our youngest son, A.J. He spent hours teaching him to play the guitar and helped him through those difficult teen years. A.J. and Mar are fast friends to this day.
After graduation, Mar attended U.S.C., University of California,San Diego(Medical School) and is just finishing his internship in Texas. While there, Ms "K" entered his life. I was sure that he was a bachelor for life so when he began to tell me of Ms "K" I insisted on meeting her. She won my heart imediately. I always knew it would take a very special woman to capture Mar's heart and she definately meets that criteria. They were married and will be moving to San Diego this year...!!!! YEAH....YEAH....
