Wilbur went by the name Will as a youth and changed to using Earl as an adult. A letter I have states Wilbur worked at Chez Paree Nightclub in Chicago,IL as a valet. Wilburs' par. Reva and Clyde WOOD also had a dau. Bonnie POFF, who had 2 sons Marlon & Jerry. Clyde had a 2nd wife, no name. Laura remarried to Dan ROGERS on 3-7-1967. Dan died 1971. Laura's parents sent her to DePaul University for singing lessons from Ralph Niehause.
