constructed around 1924, the full length half basement
raises the first floor so that it needs 12 steps to enter
the main enterance.

It is a three story brick structure of Gothic
Rivival style,
featuring a compound Gothic arch at the main entry, narrow
arched windows, buttresses, and a pitched roof. It was built
around 1928.
