After serving as President of the Hardin County Genealogical Society in Hardin County, Texas, I relinquished the position. Our society is a small group but growing rapidly. We have a new genealogy library in Kountze, Tx. in the Old Providence Church that we moved to 220 W. Main and is open to members and nonmembers.
