St. Marteen Church of Christ
	In 1996 Bro. Claytus Wilson, a former minister here at East Wood, made contact with Emmanuel Charles.  Bro. Charles was at the time a denominational preacher.  His sincere interest to know the truth led him to contact Bro. Wilson who was preaching for a congregation in Florida.  Studies with Bro. Wilson led to Bro. Charles conversion to the pure and simple gospel as taught in the pages of the New Testament.        Since that time  Bro. Charles has returned to the island of St. Marteen and has successfully converted a number of souls.  The congregation at East Wood has been instrumental in helping gather monies to support Bro. Charles, purchase land and build a new building.        The building has progressed and is being used by the body of Christ on a regular basis.  It has withstood a number of hurricanes over the past few years.         May God continue to bless the efforts of Bro. Charles as he labors in St. Marteen.                            Check back soon I hope to have more pictures installed.
