Kitchen Towel Hangers

Fold one hand-sized towel in half so that the length of the towel measures about 12" (depends on size towel used). Cut along fold. This will make 2 12" long towels.

Using a clean awl, ice pick or crochet hook (sharp pointed) to punch 32 evenly spaced holes about 1/3" or so from top of the towel.

Row 1: Single Crochet into each hole.

Row 2: Ch 2 (does NOT count as 1st DC), Dc in first Sc and in each stitch across. 2 Dc in last single crochet. Turn.

Row 3: Dc in each Dc across, turn.

Row 4: Ch 2, dc 2 stitches together across to last stitch, Dc in last stitch.

Row 5&6: repeat row 4.

Rows 7-15: Dc in each stitch across.

Finish off and sew button to right side middle of row 6.
