I arrived at BWI airport in Baltimore, Maryland late on Thursday, November 19, 1998. Pramote was meeting me there to pick me up. When I got off the plane I didn't see him so I started walking through the airport and here he came caring a single red rose for me. It was so sweet. :)
We went to the luggage area to collect my bag so that we could leave and start heading to Pramote's home which is in Gaithersburg, Maryland about one hour from Baltimore. Before we went home Pramote decided to stop and get him some coffee and then drive me around Washington, D.C. It was very beautiful to see it all lite up at night. We made it to Pramote's house in the wee hours of the morning. We stayed awake talking for awhile and then went to bed because Pramote had to get up early Friday and do some work. He left me to sleep while he did his early morning work and when he returned I then got ready and we went to pick us up a sandwich and then went to Barwood and ate lunch together before he had to start working. I met almost everyone that Pramote worked with and they all told me how he talked about me all the time. They were all so nice to me. :) While Pramote worked I sat in the breakroom and read my book. Pramote would come by every chance he got to check on me. I finally got tired of sitting in the breakroom so I ask him if I could go and sit in his Toyota 4 runner and listen to the radio and he gave me the keys and walked me out. :) His uncle finally came over to the Toyota and met me for the first time and told me that he would be cooking Pramote and I dinner that night and I told him that was fine. :) That night I finally got to talk with his uncle and get to know him. He is a very nice man. He treated me really good and cooked me some delicious thai food. Yum!!! After dinner Pramote and I were going to go to a movie, but we decided to go upstairs and sleep instead.
On Saturday, we got up and went over to where Pramote's aunt works and I met her for the first time. She was very nice and I loved talking with her. Pramote's family treated me like I was part of their family. :) Later that evening Pramote took me out to dinner at a very nice Chinese Resturaunt. After dinner we went back and stayed at the house his aunt sits for so that she could go out and do some other things. We ended up sleeping the whole time she was gone and when she came back we went out to a Cafe for a drink before we went home.
On Sunday, my last day with Pramote :( we went to the mall in Maryland so that I could buy my daughter Toni a stuffed dalmation dog that she was wanting. Then we ran a few errands for his aunt. Then we had to start heading back to the airport for my departure back to Kentucky. It was very hard leaving the man I love behind, but I knew that we would be together soon because he was coming to visit with me in Kentucky for Christmas. :)
