Voting is held at the end of every month in which an eligible candidate
has been nominated. In the event that only one candidate stands in a given
month, that Zoner will be awarded the ZERO upon receiving a minimum
of ten votes.
|
ROT nominations should be made in a timely fashion (i.e. nominate an individual
or a team within a four month time frame of the project or when the project
becomes public knowledge. Ongoing projects are always open to nomination).
However, if a Zoner is nominated but has had to recently leave the Zone
for any circumstance, their ZERO, provided they are voted one, will be
designated Post Zonem.
|
Nominations are always open (a nomination may be made at any time provided
it is within the time frame).
|
Zoners may not be awarded a ZERO more than once for any single project.
Zoners may only be nominated for one individual project at a time. A Zoner
may be awarded a ZERO for individual projects up to 5 times in one year
(12 months). There is no limit on shared ZEROs a Zoner may win as a member
of team efforts.
|
Zoners may only be nominated for projects that are considered extra-Zoneicular.
This means donating time outside regular posting and MUSHing,
and doing so with the intention to benefit the entire Zone. This can include
donating time to maintain a document, donating time to HTMLing documents,
organizing a Zone-wide event, organizing fund drives, etc.
|
While the existance of sub-lists is important, sub-lists are not created
for the purpose of benefiting the entire Zone but a smaller population
with common interests. Therefore they are not eligable for ROT nominations.
