This indenture made this tenth day of September in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Four, Between TOBIAS HOLLOWELL, ROBERT HOLLOWELL and PATSY HOLLOWELL, infant heirs of THOMAS HOLLOWELL, deceased, by their guardian DAVID PERRY and WILLIAM HOLLOWELL witnesses that whereas the Circuit Court of Jackson County on the ninth day of September in the year One Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Four by decreer directed that said PERRY in the name of said TOBIAS, ROBERT and PATSY should make conveyance to said WILLIAM, his heirs and assigns of the West one half of the North West quarter of Section 20 in Township seven north of range six East in the Jefferson District in consideration therefore of the premises and of the sum of one dollar, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the said TOBIAS, ROBERT, and PATSY by their guardian have granted, bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said WILLIAM the said half quarter section of land above described and to hold all the right, title and interest of the said TOBIAS, ROBERT and PATSY in and to the said WILLIAM and his heirs and assigns forever. In testimony the said TOBIAS, ROBERT and PATSY by their said guardian DAVID PERRY aforesaid have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year above written.
