This Indenture made the 25th day of January one thousand eight hundred and thirty five Between Miles HOLLOWELL of the County of Trigg and State of Kentucky of the one parte and Noah HOLLOWELL of Caldwell County and State aforesaid of the other parte Witnesseth that the said Miles HOLLOWELL in Consideration of one thousand dollars to himself and paid by the said Noah HOLLOWELL the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained and sold and by these presents do bargain and sell unto the said Noah HOLLOWELL his Executors Administrators and assigns all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Caldwell County on the Dry Fork of Eddy Creek and bounded as follows: Beginning at a poplar and hickory on the Bank of the Creek at a bufaloe lick at about 40 poles below the mouth of a ___ known as the beginning corner of William ROBERTS assignee of Thomas REDDICK's 1000 acres of Military land of which this is a parte running N 40 E 320 poles to a white oak stump and hickory bush said stump being the corner of said Military, thence South 49 E 223 poles to a stake Irwin HOLLOWELLs corner thence with his line S 40 W 140 poles to a hickory another of Irwin HOLLOWELL's corners thence thence with said HOLLOWELL's line S50 E 120 poles to a white oake bush Said Irwin HOLLOWELL's fourth corner and ......line thence with the line of ....down black oak and two hickories the....corner..the line of Robert PARKER.....line N 50 W 69 poles to a ....of Said PARKERs line S 60 W 146 poles to a dogwood Coleman RATLIFF's Corner thence with said RATLIFF's line N50 W207 poles to sd RATLIFF's corner thence N50 E27 poles to a hickory and mulberry which has rotted down thence S50 E30 poles crossing the creek at 20 poles to the Beginning Containing by estimation 416 acres be the same more or less together will all the appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or appertaining. To Have and To Hold the aforesaid tract or parcel of land with the apperteances thereunto belonging unto the sd Noah HOLLOWELL his Executors and Assigns forever an the sd Miles HOLLOWELL unto the said Noah HOLLOWELL will warrant and defend the aforesaid tract or parcel of land against the claim or claims of any person or persons whatever. This Indenture made the 2nd day of February one thousand Eight hundred and thirty five. Between NOAH HOLLOWELL of Caldwell County and State of Kentucky of one parte and BENJAMIN F. BROWN of the County and State aforesaid of the other parte. Witnesseth. That the said NOAH HOLLOWELL in Consideration of two hundred and twenty dollars fifty cents to him in hand paid by sd BROWN the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have bargained and sold and by these presents do bargain and sell unto the said BENJAMIN F. BROWN a certain tract or parcel of land lying in Caldwell County and on the waters of the Dry Fork Eddy Creek and Bounded as follows: Beginning at a white oak thence N. 40 E. 128 poles to a hickory and white oak stump thence S50 & 120 poles to a stake IRWIN HOLLOWELLs corner thence S. 40 W128 poles to a double dogwood in IRWIN HOLLOWELLs line thence N50 W 123 poles to the beginning containing ninety eight acres be the same more or less with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging. To have and to Hold the aforesaid land or parcel of land with the appurtenances threunto belonging unto the said BENJAMIN F. BROWN his Executors and assigns forever and the said NOAH HOLLOWELL unto the said BENJAMIN F. BROWN will warrant and defend the aforesaid tract or parcel of land against the claim or claims of any person o persons whatsoever. Know all men by these presents that NOAH HOLLOWELL of the County of Caldwell and State of Kentucky for now in Consideration of the Sum of forty dollars to him in hand paid by COLEMAN(?) RATLIFF of the County and State aforesaid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained, sold and delivered and by these presents do bargain, sell and deliver the said COLEMAN RATLIFF and his heirs forever, a certain tract of land lying and being in the County of Caldwell and containing by ___ ten acres being part of a military survey taken up in the name of THOS. REDDICK for one thousand acres lying on the Dry Fork of Eddy Creek and adjoining the tract on which said RATLIFF now lives, and bounded as follows: Beginning at a poplar and hickory running N 50 W 30 poles to a black gunn and dogwood thence S 40 W 29 poles to a dogwood and white oak thence S 50 E 83 poles to a hickory & white oak on the bank of the Dry Fork of Eddy Creek thence N 22 W 60 poles to the Beginning. To Have and to Hold the aforesaid land have with all ... the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said COLEMAN RATLIFF... him forever and the said NOAH HOLLOWELL for himself his heirs &c or the claim or claims of any other person or persons whatever doe Warrant and defend the aforesaid tract of land with the appurtenances thereunto belonging to the said COLEMAN RATLIFF his heirs and assigns forever. This Indenture made and entered into this 18th day of November in year 1835 Between Robert PARKER of the one part and William PARKER of the other part both parties Citizens of Caldwell County Kentucky Witnesseth that the... for and in Consideration of the natural love & affection which he bears... PARKER & for the further consideration of one dollar in hand...tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Caldwell....containing three hundred acres of land ....which the said William now lives and bounded as follows to wit: Beginning at the South east corner of a one thousand acre Survey granted to William ROBERTS assignee of Thomas REDDICK and part of said survey the said patent bearing date 23rd day of May 1803 and running with the line of said Survey North 50 W 240 poles to three white oaks near the North bank of the dry fork of Eddy Creek, thence North 40 East 200 poles to a double hickory, thence South 50 East 240 poles to a white oak & hickory bush & black gum ...in the line of the...survey above mentioned, thence with said line South 40 West 200 poles to the beginning. Together with all the appurtenances thereunto in any wise belonging. To Have and To Hold the above described tract or parcel of land with the appurtenances to him said William PARKER and to his heirs forever and the said Robert PARKER doth hereby covenant with the said William PARKER to Warrant forever defend the title to the above described tract of land with the appurtenances to him said William and to his heirs forever free from the claim or claims of all & every person or persons whatsoever. This Indenture made the 5th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred thirty six Between Robert PARKER of the County of Caldwell & State of Kentucky of the one part & Irwin HOLLOWELL and Mary his wife son in law & daughter of said Robert PARKER of the County & state aforesaid of the other part; Witnesseth that the said Robert PARKER for in consideration of the natural love affection which he has & bears unto the aforesaid Irwin HOLLOWELL & Mary his wife & for the furtherance of them the said Irwin HOLLOWELL Mary aforesaid in ...and also for & in consideration of the sum of one dollar to them in hand paid by the said Irwin HOLLOWELL at & before the ensealing & delivery hereof the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have given granted aliened enfoefed & confirmed unto the said Irwin HOLLOWELL & Mary his wife their heirs & assigns all that tract & parcel of land Situate lying being on the dry fork of Eddy Creek in the aforesaid County of Caldwell it being part of a Military Survey of 900 acres patented in the name of Richard James WATERS No. 3993 and bounded as follows to wit Beginning at a Sycamore on the North West and Beginning Corner of said Survey Military Survey; thence running with the original line of said Survey South 20 W. 60 poles to a poplar & white oak bush thence South 52 East 93 3/4 poles to a white oak; thence South 25 East 415 poles to a Stake; thence North 20 East 380 poles to a Stake pr the original line of Said Survey; thence with said line North 70 West 380 poles to the Beginning Containing four hundred and sixty five acres be the same more or less. This Indenture made this 9th of December one thousand & eight hundred thirty seven between Miles HEWETT and Nancy his wife of the County of Caldwell and state of Kentucky of the one part and Irwin HOLLOWELL of the County and State aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Miles HEWETT and Nancy his wife for and in consideration of one thousand dollars to them in hand paid by the said Irwin HOLLOWELL the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell unto the said Irwin HOLLOWELL his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land Situate and being in the County of Caldwell on the Waters of the Dry Fork of Eddy Creek and bounded as follows to wit: Beginning at three dogwood growing from the same root marked with C.M.S.S. and two black oaks the black oak being dead, running South 40 East 147 1/2 poles to a hickory and post oak; thence South 47 West 122 poles to a double apple tree; thence South 59 E 50 poles to a water oak; thence S 70 W 133 poles to three dogwoods ... Robert PARKERs corner; thence with his line N 82 W 216 poles to a black oak; thence N 10 E 61 poles to two black oaks; thence North 50 E 296 poles to the beginning: Containing three hundred and fifty acres be the same more or less together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or any any wise appertaining. To Have and to Hold the land hereby conveyed with the appurtenances unto the said Irwin HOLLOWELL his heirs and assigns forever And the said Miles HEWETT and Nancy his wife for themselves their heirs Executors & administrators the aforesaid tract of land and appurtenances unto the sd Irwin HOLLOWELL his heirs or assigns against the claim or claims of all and every person or persons whatever doth and will forever warrant and defend by these presents. This Indenture made and entered into this 14th day of March 1839 Between Whitby HOLLOWELL and Crittenden HOLLOWELL of the County of Caldwell and State of Kentucky of the one part and James R. WINKS of the County & State aforesd of the other part. Witnesseth that the said W. HOLLOWELL & C. HOLLOWELL for and in consideration of the sum of ___ dollars to them in hand paid by said MINKS the receipts of which is hereby acknowledged have this day and do by these presents bargain sell and convey and confirm unto said MINKS all their interest in and to a certain tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County and State aforesaid and on the Waters of Duncan's Creek a branch of the Tennessee River and bounded thus: Beginning at a poplar and two white oaks in John FULKS line; thence S70 E with his line to a .... corner at 20 poles 34 poles to a hickory; thence S 40E 80 poles to an elm, hickory and black oak; thence S 16 W 50 poles to a white oak on the bank of a branch; thence up the branch S 46E30 poles to a hickory & elm; thence S 34 W 28 poles to a hickory and post oak; thence N 75 W 172 poles to two white oaks; thence N 48E150 poles to the beginning. Containing one hundred acres be the same more or less. To Have and to hold all interest which the sd HOLLOWELLs have in and to said boundary of lad as heirs of the said FULKS deceased on otherwise and the said HOLLOWELLs do hereby Covenant to Warrant and defend their said surrendered interest in said land which they covenant to be one half to him said MINKS and his heirs forever against themselves and all others forever by these presents. This indenture made this 6th day of October 1839 between James WILSON & Priscilla his wife of Marion County and State of Illinois of the one part and Irwin HOLLOWELL of the County of Caldwell and State of Kentucky of the other part. Witnesseth that the said James WILSON and Priscilla his wife in Consideration of the sum of Seventy dollars to them in hand paid by the said Irwin HOLLOWELL.....hereby acknowledge & have bargained and sold and by these presents....doth bargain and sell unto the said Irwin HOLLOWELL a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Caldwell and on the Waters of the Dry Fork of Eddy Creek and bounded as follows to wit: Beginning at a large black oak running South 18 East with RATLIFF's line 14 poles to two post oaks BROOKESes Corner; with his line South 40 East 62 poles to a hickory and three post oaks his corner; thence South 55...98 poles with his line to a hickory and post oak in a line of Robert PARKERs Survey With said line North 55 West 68 poles to an apple tree; thence North 47 East 118 poles to the Beginning. Containing forty acres by Survey be the same more or less. To have and to hold the aforesaid tract or parcel of land with all and Singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Irwin HOLLOWELL his heirs and assigns forever and the said James WILSON & Priscilla his wife will Warrant and defend the aforesaid tract of land against the claim of themselves and their heirs and against the claim or claims of any other person or persons whatever. This indenture made and entered into this 5th day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and forty Between Rodalphus B. RATLIFF Commissioner in the seating Chancery in the Caldwell Circuit Court wherein the heirs at law of Coleman RATLIFF, deceased were complainants and the administrator and widow of said RATLIFF deceased were defendants of the first part and Irwin HOLLOWELL of the second part. Whereas at the June term 1846 of the Caldwell Circuit Court in the said suit of Coleman RATLIFFs heirs against his administrator &c a decree was pronounced by the judge of said court in said cause whereas ___ things. It is was decreed and ordered that the land belonging to said decadent should be sold by a commissioner therein named and designated to the highest bidder. And whereas the said Rodolphus B. RATLIFF was appointed commissioner for that purpose in said decree: and whereas said commissioner did in conformity with the directions in said decree expose Said land to sale to the highest bidder and whereas the said Irwin HOLLOWELL has become the purchaser of ninety-six acres of the land belonging to said estate. This Indenture therefore Witnesseth that for and in Consideration of the sum of one hundred and forty five dollars and forty four cents by the said HOLLOWELL to the said RATLIFF Comr. as aforesaid in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged the said RATLIFF has this day bargained and sold and aliened and by these presents doth bargain sell alien and convey unto the said Irwin HOLLOWELL the following tract or parcel of land lying ont he waters of the dry fork of Eddy Creek in the County of Caldwell and bounded as follows: Beginning at a black oak his corner and also G. G. BROWNs Corner, thence S776 East 44 poles to a red oak Mrs. BISHOPs corner, thence with her line S12 E214 poles to a post oak and red oak another of said Mrs. BISHOPs Corner thence S54W34 poles to a stake thence N36E152 poles to a dogwood blown down thence N15E120 to the beginning containing 96 acres be the same more or less. To have and to hold the above described tract or parcel of land to him the said Irwin HOLLOWELL his heirs or assigns forever. And the said Rodolphus B. RATLIFF Commissioner as aforesaid doth hereby warrant and defend the title to the said land unto the said Irwin HOLLOWELL his heirs &c forever against the claims of the heirs at law of said Coleman RATLIFF deceased and against the claim or claims of the said all and every other person or persons whatsoever so far as he can do so as Commissioner as aforesaid. This Indenture made and entered into this twelfth day of October 1842 Between William PARKER, Irwin HOLLOWELL and James EARLEY and Mary EARLEY his wife, and Jane PARKER by her committee I. HOLLOWELL of the one part and Thomas PARKER of the other part, all of the County of Caldwell and State of Kentucky. Whereas the said William PARKER, Irwin HOLLOWELL, Robert PARKER ward of said James EARLEY and Mary EARLEY wife of said Thomas EARLEY, are seized in fee simple of and have and hold as coparteners equal shares in various tracts of land belonging to the estate of Robert PARKER deceased, and lying in the County of Caldwell and which land descended to said heirs from their common ancestor the said Robert PARKER deceased., And whereas the said William PARKER, Irwin HOLLOWELL, Robert PARKER and Mary EARLEY in right of him their deceased father John PARKER son of Robert PARKER deceased, Thomas EARLEY husband of said Mary EARLEY and Thomas PARKER have concluded to hold and enjoy their respective portions parts parcels or tracts of said land in severalty and have mutually agreed and determined to make a partition of their rights therein so that each may have hold and enjoy his or her property in severalty to him or her his or her heirs and assigns forever and for that purpose have divided the aforesaid land laying off and selling part for the said Thomas PARKER the following parcel or parcels of land lying on the waters of the dry fork of Eddy Creek to wit, Beginning at a black oak South east corner of a two hundred acres survey being the mansion tract of said Robert PARKER deceased running South 35 West 123 poles to a black oak thence N58W173-1/2 poles to a dogwood and black oake now burnt down leaving a Stump Standing thence S58W141 poles to __ gums thence N58W142 poles to a black oak Thence N25E53 poles to a dead post Post oak red oak bush thence 27 poles to a post oak Thence N11W19 poles to Spanish oak Thence N8E135 poles to a post oak and dogwood thence South 68-1/4 pE367 poles to an apple tree on the lane fronting the house Thence N8W8 poles to a stake in the orchard thence S78E21 poles to a small gate at the west side of the yard to the mansion house all the SW corner of yard thence S78E34-1/2 poles to a____ gum in the ___ thence S5W8 poles to a gate post standing in the ___ thence S8W56 poles to the beginning. Containing about four hundred and sixty acres one ___ and one ___. And it has been covenanted and agreed by and between the parties to these presents and they do hereby covenant and agree that the said Thomas PARKER his heirs and assigns shall henceforth have hold possess and enjoy in severally the above described tract or parcel of ground together with all the buildings and improvements thereon. This indenture therefore Witnesseth that in consideration of a tract of land advanced to William PARKER also of a tract advanced to Irwin HOLLOWELL by Robert PARKER in his lifetime and also of a tract to be conveyed to Mary EARLEY wife of Thomas EARLEY and Robert PARKER ward of James EARLEY by Thomas PARKER in conjunction with the other heirs of Robert PARKER deceased (which conveyances the said Thomas PARKER hereby binds himself to make they the said William PARKER, Irwin HOLLOWELL, James EARLEY guardian as aforesaid and Thomas EARLEY and Mary EARLEY his wife, do grant release and confirm to the said Thomas PARKER his heirs and assigns forever the tract or parcel of land to as aforesaid allotted to him so and for his full share part and portion of the land so descended to the parties to this Indenture To have and to hold the same with all the privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging to him the said Thomas PARKER his heirs and assigns forever or severally as aforesaid and to his and their own use and behoof forever. And the said William PARKER, Irwin HOLLOWELL, James EARLEY guardian of Robert PARKER and Thomas EARLEY and Mary his wife do for themselves their heirs executors and administrators Covenant with and grant to the said Thomas PARKER his heirs and assigns that he and they shall and may from henceforth and forever peaceably and quietly have hold and occupy possess and enjoy the same free and discharged from all right title interest claims and demands whatsoever of the said William PARKER, Irwin HOLLOWELL, James EARLEY guardian and Thomas EARLEY and Mary His wife or either or of their heirs or assigns of any person or persons ___ by from through or under them or either of them and they do warrant and defend the title to him the said Thomas PARKER his heirs and assigns forever against the claim or claims of all and every person or persons whatsoever. BISHOP of the County of Caldwell and State of Kentucky of the one part and Irwin HOLLOWELL of the county and State aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Margaret P. This indenture made and entered into this fifth day of July in the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty two by and between Whitby HOLLOWAY (HOLLOWELL) of the County of Crittenden in the State of Arkansas of the one part and Daniel HILLMAN of Empire Iron Works Trigg county in the State of Kentucky of the other part. Witnesseth that whereas hertofore that is to day on the __ day of ___18__ the said HOLLOWAY (HOLLOWELL) sold to Mason FOLEY of Caldwell County in Kentucky and executed a Ind to said FOLEY for a conveyance of the title to one hundred and fifty acres of land lying in Caldwell County ___where the said Mason FOLEY has now sold the said one hundred and fifty acres of land to the said Daniel HILLMAN and desires me to make a conveyance thereof to said HILLMAN __ this Indenture further Witnesseth that the said Whitby HOLLOWAY (HOLLOWELL) for and in consideration of the sd premises and for & in consideration of the sum of one dollar to him in hand paid by the said Daniel HILLMAN the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given granted barghained and sold and by these presents doth give grant bargain and sell to the said Daniel HILLMAN a certain tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in Caldwell County in the State of Kentucky as aforesaid on the waters of Cravens Creek granted by the State of Kentucky to the said HOLLOWAY (HOLLOWELL) by patent bearomg date the fourth day of July 1845 and bounded as follows to wit: Beginning on a hickory and black oak at CRAVENs post oak corner on a point about 80 poles from a road running thence North Eighty one degrees west one hundred and sixty poles to a white oak black oak and black gum on a branch thence S 15 degrees west 155 poles to a stake thence S81 degrees E160 poles to a stake thence N15 degrees E155 poles to the beginning containing one hundred and fifty acres together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to the said Daniel HILLMAN his heirs and assigns forever free of and from him the said Whitby HOLLOWAY (HOLLOWELL) his heirs and assigns the said HOLLOWAY (HOLLOWELL) will warrant and forever defend the title to the said land to the said HILLMAN against the claim or claims of himself and his heirs and against the claim or claims of all and every person claiming or to claim the same by through for under __ or them but against the claim or claims of no other person or persons whatever. This Indenture made this day of March 1854 Between G. G. BROWN of the County of Ballard and State of Kentucky of the one part and IRWIN HOLLOWELL of the County of Caldwell and State aforesaid of the other part witnesseth that the said G.G. HOLLOWELL's corner with HOLLOWELL's line S25 N84poles to a red oak and white oak with another of HOLLOWELL's lines N78 W44 poles to the beginning containing 96 acres by survey be the same more or less with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold the aforesaid tract of land with all the appertenances thereunto belonging unto the said IRWIN HOLLOWELL his heirs or assignas forever and the Said GEORGE G. BROWN for himself and his heirs unto the said IRWIN HOLLOWELL and his heirs will forever warrant and defend the foresaid tract of land against the claim of himself or of his heirs and all others claiming in through or by him and against the claim or claims of any other person or persons whatever and CAROLINE BROWN wife of said GEORGE G. BROWN hereby relinquishes her Dower in the aforesaid tract of land. In testimony whereof the aforesaid G. G. BROWN & CAROLINE his wife hath hereunto Set their names the day and date above written. This indenture made and entered into this 16th day of June 1858 between Irwin HOLLOWELL and Mary A. HOLLOWELL his wife of the county of Caldwell and state of Kentucky of one part and James M. EARLY of the County and State aforesaid of the other part witnesseth that the said Irwin HOLLOWELL & Mary A. his wife for and in consideration of the sum of fifteen hundred and ten dollars to them in hand paid by the said James EARLY the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath this day bargained and sold and by these presents doth give grant bargain sell and confirm unto the said James M. EARLY a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the county of Caldwell on the waters of the dry fork of Eddy Creek and bounded as follows (to wit) Beginning at a Stake JACKSONs corner running S46 1/2E143 poles to a black gum S34 1/2W84 poles to a post oak and white oak GARNETTs corner South 21 1/2W30 poles to a black gum and dogwood thence S36 W104 poles to a black oak and two dogwood bushes on the side of HALLs field with the same South 4#20 poles to a black gum South 29 1/2E20 poles to a stake South 21 1/2W21 1/2 poles to a stake N25W160 poles to two poplars JACKSONs corner with his line N21 1/2E205 poles to the beginning containing one hundred and sixty-six acres be the same more or less to have and to hold the aforesaid tract or parcel of land unto the said James M. EARLY his heirs or assigns forever with all and singular the appertaining thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining subject to a lease which John PEARCY has on a part of said land which lease goes to the benefit of said James M. EARLY and the said Irwin HOLLOWELL and Mary A. his wife will warrant and defend the aforesaid tract or parcel of land to the aforesaid James M. EARLY his heirs or assigns forever against the claim of themselves and their heirs and against the caim (sic) or claims of any other person or persons whatever. HOLLOWELL, SOVEREIGN HOLLOWELL, NOAH HOLLOWELL, CLAYTON HOLLOWELL, WILLIAM HOLLOWELL, HENRY LARKINS, SAMUEL LARKINS, CARROL LARKINS. SOVEREIGN LARKINS, JOHN LARKINS, ELIZA LARKINS, MARTHA LARKINS, PENELOPE LARKINS, IRWIN BRANDON, EDWIN BRANDON, LUCRETIA WATKINS, making twenty one residuary Legatees, and whereas WILLIAM T. HOLLOWELL being of unsound mind, the above named devisees thought it best for the County Court of Calwell County to appoint Commissioners to set apart to him his part of the land which said Commissioners has cone and ins now ready to report to said Court, and whereas the above named Devisees in order to divide the land devised to them did agree to sell said land at public auction and divide the proceeds amongst themselves and after duly advertising the same did on the first day of December 1872, Sell the Same at public auction on the following conditions, the purchaser to pay one third of the purchase money down, and to pay two thirds of the purchase money in twelve months from the day of sale by the purchaser giving bond with approved security, with a lien on the land until the purchase money is paid, and whereas B. F. BROWN became the purchases of Lot Number One, containing 94 acres, at Ten Dollars per acre making the sum of $940. For and in consideration of the sum of Nine Hundred and Forty Dollars, to the party of the first part in hand paid by the party of the second part according to the conditions of the Sale above Stated, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath this day bargained Sold and conveyed and by these presents doth bargain Sell and convey to the said party of the second part all that tract or parcel of Land contained in Lot No. 1 and bounded as follows, (to wit) Beginning in COOKs line at a Stone where is marked a hickory and two Dogwoods as pointers also corner to lot No. 2, with the line of Lot No. 2, N50W84poles to a Stone, second corner to No. 2 with another line of Lot No. 2, N41-1/2E120 poles to a Stone, 3rd corner of Lot No. 2, with another line of No. 2, N50W40 poles to a Stake in BROWNs line rth corner to No. 2, thence with BROWNs line N40W45 poles to a Stone his corner in COOKs line with COOKs line S46E125 poles to a Stone COOKs corner with another of COOKs lines S41-1/2W157 poles to the beginning, containing 94 acres. To have and to hold the above described land with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever, and the said parties of the first part unto the party of the Second part, will warrant and forever defend the above described tract of Land against the Claim or claims of themselves and their heirs and and against the claim or claims of any other person or persons whatever.
