orange juice concentrate
6 - 8 slices of
day-old bread
1 tbsp. butter
or margarine
extra banana slices
syrup

milk, eggs, ripe banana, honey and orange juice and whip in blender
2. Pour mixture
into a pie plate or shallow bowl
3. Place a small
portion of the butter or margarine in a skillet and turn burner
to medium to let it melt.
4. Dip the bread

both sides.
5. Put bread into
the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
6. Add more butter
