Gorilla Bread

1 cup milk

2 eggs

1 small ripe banana peeled and sliced

1 tbsp. honey

2 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate

6 - 8 slices of day-old bread

1 tbsp. butter or margarine

extra banana slices

syrup

cinnamon

1. Combine the milk, eggs, ripe banana, honey and orange juice and whip in blender

2. Pour mixture into a pie plate or shallow bowl

3. Place a small portion of the butter or margarine in a skillet and turn burner to medium to let it melt.

4. Dip the bread in the mixture. Using a pancake flipper, turn the brad to coat both sides.

5. Put bread into the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.

6. Add more butter or margarine as needed to cook the remaining bread slices.

Top with extra bnana slices, syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Awesome!

*You can use french, whole wheat or other firm-textured bread instead of day-old bread.
