Honey Chicken
4 boneless, skinless
chicken breasts
1 tbsp. butter,
margarine or vegetable oil
1 tbsp. honey
2 tsp lemon juice
pepper to taste
1. Heat butter,
margarine or oil in a skillet over medium to medium-high heat
2. Brown chicken
for 4 minutes a side until no longer pink.
3. Add honey,
lemon juice, and a sprinkle of pepper
4. Cover and simmer
for 2 more minutes
Garnish with a
lemon slice and serve with rice and cooked carrots and peas.
