This early French Canadian family started in France with Denis and Renee (Briere) Cloutier.
Their son, Zacharie, was born about 1590. On 13 July 1616, he married Xainte/Sainte Dupont in the parish of
St-Jean-Baptiste-de-Mortagne.
Zacharie and Xainte had six children. My lines descend from two of those children, Zacharie who married Madeleine
Emard and Charles who married Louise Morin.
