Win My World Award

So you think your world can win my award? Before you go applying for a Kay's World Award, read the following rules for my world award. If I take a look at your world and notice you did not follow the rules, you will get an email from me explaining why you didn't win the award. If you fix the problem and reapply, also assuming you have followed all the other rules, then your world might win one of the three awards.
I just started a new award. This is a special award, that is only given to one world per month. The only world's elgible for this special award are ones the won the best world award during the month before. So the site that wins January 2000 best world is a site that applyed during the month of December. Since this is just started, for the month of January 2000 any site that has won the best world award anytime before or during January 2000 is elgible for the Best World award for January. The judging for this is based on three things. First is how high the site scored on their original critique. Second is how high they score on a second critique done by a close friend of mine and me together. Last is how popular that site is. This is based on two things, one is the counter on that site and second is the site's guestbook. A site without either of these is disqualified from the Best World of the month award.

Here are The Rules:

LOADS FAST AND EASILY. I expect your world first page, if you are applying for my award, not to take more than around 10 to 15 mins to load max. I prefer worlds that only take about 2 to 5 mins to load. If your world has a page that is nothing but family pictures, please do not have this as the main page. Have a link to it from your main page. Your main page should load quickly.
BE CREATIVE. Just a list of links is too easy to do. You world should show a reflection of you. Use some creativity and make your world a great place to visit.
BE ORIGINAL. Is your world something I have seen before? I hope not. It gets boring visiting worlds that are almost identical to another world.
MATCHING COLORS THEME. This simple means light colored text on dark colored back ground or dark colored text on light color back ground.
NO BROKEN GRAPHICS OR LINKS. I will be checking for any broken graphics or broken links. I don't enjoy visiting a world if I can't see the graphics or if there is a link and the site for the link isn't there.
NO PORNOGRAPHIC MATERIAL OR LINKS. I can not stress that enough. I DO NOT want to see pictures of the human body without any clothes on. Just a towel will not cut it, sorry. I do admit the human body is beautiful, the most beautiful of all God's creations, but it should NEVER be placed on displayed without clothes for the world to see. Pictures of family and friends are fine as long as they are wearing clothing.
GOOD USE OF JAVA/JAVA SCRIPT. I enjoy java, as you can tell I have used java and java script in my world. But if you have so much java or java script it slows down my computer or crashes netscape 4.0 then you will automatically be disqualified from my award.
FRAMES/NO FRAMES. I am not a big fan of frames. I do not mind going to a site with frames as long as they are done correctly. I do not enjoy going to a world and then getting stuck in your frames checking one of the links outside your world.

Over All Content...........4 possible points
Total..............................30 possible points

0 points..........No Award, sorry
1-13 points.....Kay's Good World Award
14-25 points...Kay's Great World Award
26-30 points...Kay's Best World Award

Now, you have read the rules and your world follows all of them, here is how you apply for my world award:

1) Please Sign my world's guest book. Not a requirement, but it would be very nice.
2) Fill out the form and send
3) When I have awarded your world it's award, upload it to your server and link it back to my world.
4) Tell others about my world and my world award.
