My husband is a peanut butter and chocolate fanatic. Here are
some recipes that really satisfy his taste buds!
Brush pie crust with some egg white; bake at 350 degrees for
5 minutes. Cool completely.
In large bowl with electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar
at medium speed, until creamy. Add peanut butter and milk; beat
until smooth, about 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping and 1 3/4
cup chopped cookies. Spread into pie shell; chill overnight.
To serve, sprinkle pie with remaning chopped cookies and toasted nuts.
2 C. sugar
1/3 C. cocoa
1/2 C. milk
1 stick Oleo
Boil these ingredients 1 minute. Then add:
1/2 C. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 C. quick oats
Mix well and drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper to cool. To speed
up the cooling process you can put them in the refrigerator.
My husband likes to eat it hot, so after everything is mixed he
puts some into a coffee mug and eats it.
Either way is good.
