Rice, regular (uncooked) | 1 cup |
Water (or chicken broth) | 2 cups |
Dry onion soup mix | 1/2 package |
Cream of mushroom soup | 1 can |
Water | 1 soup can |
Season chicken with seasoned salt and paprika. Grease a baking pan (9 X 13 inch) and sprinkle rice over it evenly. Mix onion soup mix and water. Pour mixture over rice, then place chicken pieces on top. Pour mushroom soup mixed with water over top of chicken and bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hour at 350. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake 1/2 hour longer.
