CHICKEN BREAST CASSEROLE

INGREDIENT SERVES 4-6 SERVES 8-12
Chicken Breasts, boneless & skinless 4-6 8-12
Cream of Chicken Soup 1 can 2 cans
Sour Cream 1 cup 2 cups
Ritz Crackers 1 roll 2 rolls
Butter or Margarine 1/2 cup 1 cup


Cook chicken breasts. When cool, cut up into pieces. Mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream together, then add chicken pieces. Spread over bottom of greased 9" x 11" glass casserole(s). Cover with crushed Ritz crackers. Drizzle butter or margarine over the top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

NOTE: Good served over noodles.
