Cream of Chicken Soup | 1 can | 2 cans |
Sour Cream | 1 cup | 2 cups |
Ritz Crackers | 1 roll | 2 rolls |
Butter or Margarine | 1/2 cup | 1 cup |
Cook chicken breasts. When cool, cut up into pieces. Mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream together, then add chicken pieces. Spread over bottom of greased 9" x 11" glass casserole(s). Cover with crushed Ritz crackers. Drizzle butter or margarine over the top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
NOTE: Good served over noodles.
