1. Mix ground beef lightly with onion and garlic powder and brown.
2. Stir in flour, chili powder, and salt, then tomatoes, corn & liquid, and olives; cover. Simmer, stirring several times, 15 minutes. Stir in cheese just till melted.
3. Spoon over toast.
NOTE: I make the meat mixture in quantity and freeze in serving size containers.
