Curry of Chicken

CURRY OF CHICKEN

INGREDIENT SERVES 5-6 SERVES 10-12
Butter or margarine 2 Tbsp. 4 Tbsp.
Apple, finely chopped/pared 1 1/2 cups 3 cups
Onion, chopped 1/2 cup 1 cup
Garlic, minced 1 clove 2 cloves
Flour 2 Tbsp. 4 Tbsp.
Curry powder 2-3 tsp. 4-6 tsp.
Salt 1 tsp. 2 tsp.
Milk 2 cups 4 cups
Chicken, cubed cooked 2 cups 4 cups


Melt butter; add apple, onions, and garlic; cook 5 minutes. Stir in flour, curry powder and salt. Slowly blend in milk. Cook and stir till thick. Add chicken; heat through.

Serve with rice.
