Mozzarella cheese, grated | 1 pound |
Ricotta cheese | 4 pounds |

Parmesan cheese | To taste |
Lasagna noodles | 1 large box |
Spaghetti sauce | Large recipe |
Put ricotta cheese into a bowl and beat in eggs.
Use two 9 x 13" pans. Ladle scoop of spaghetti sauce to cover bottom of each pan. Put layer of noodles, layer ricotta, then mozzarella and grated Parmesan. Next put another layer of noodles, sauce with meat, ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan. End with a layer of noodles. Put sauce over noodles. Sprinkle with more mozzarella. Bake covered at 350° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake till cheese on top melts. Let set 15 minutes before cutting.
NOTE: I use one pan of lasagna and put the second in freezer for another meal.
