Molded Strawberry Nut Salad

MOLDED STRAWBERRY NUT SALAD

INGREDIENT AMOUNT
Strawberry Jello 2 small pkg.
Water, hot 1 3/4 cups
Strawberries, frozen sliced 2 (10 oz) packages
Pineapple, crushed 1 can (1 lb 4 oz)
Bananas, mashed 3 medium
Walnuts, chopped 1 cup
Sour cream 1 pint


Combine Jell-O and boiling water. Fold in fruits, nuts and fruit juices. Turn 1/2 mixture into baking dish. Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours. Spread with sour cream. Gently spoon on rest of strawberry mixture. Refrigerate. Serve in squares.
