Salsa

SALSA
(from fresh tomatoes)

Ingredient Amount
Tomatoes, chopped 6
Onion, white 1
Peroncini peppers (long green peppers) 1 or 2
Garlic, crushed 3 cloves
Cilantro, chopped 2 Tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Vinegar 1/4 cup
Lime juice 2 Tbsp.
Tobasco sauce (hot pepper sauce) 5 drops
Pepper 1/4 tsp.
Olive oil 1 Tbsp.


Mix all ingredients together. Makes about 6 1/2 cups.

NOTE: I chop tomatoes, onions and peppers in food processor. Not too long for tomatoes - so they are still chunky.
