Christmas Magic
Christmas time has come once more,
A time to love, and share
the special Magic Christmas brings
with those 'bout whom we care. |
The tree's adorned with bows and beads,
and branches lit with candles.
And Christmas cards from friends afar
are draped across the mantle. |
Here too are gifts beneath the tree,
all tied with ribboned bows.
Garlands drape 'cross every wall,
and fall in scolloped rows. |
Friends drop by to wish you well
and share some Christmas cheer
and talk about the year gone by
but soon the end is near. |
For Christmas Magic soon is gone,
a new year has begun.
And so it's up to us my friend
to see that all is done. |
To tell our friends and family,
those for whom we care,
Just how much they mean to us,
without, our life is bare. |
How much we love their company,
appreciate and more.
Our time is short upon this earth,
they need to hear for sure. |
To mend our little differences,
forgive, as well, forget.
With love of Friends and Family
we shall never be in debt. |
So if you give a little love
in this, the time of cheer,
You too will have a Merry Christmas
and the Happiest New Year. |
