Bake in a moderate oven (180 degrees Celcius) for 12 minutes, reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and bake for 60 minutes. Turn the oven off and leave pavlova in the oven until cool.
Serve filled with whipped cream and decorate with your favourite fruits. We love grated chocolate & strawberries, but you can use fruit salad, kiwi fruit, stoneless cherries - virtually anything you desire.
