Communities For Leash-Free Areas, or C.L.A, is a San Diego based association of Dog Owners. We work in cooperation with Western Hills DOG and Clairemont DOG. Another Dog Owners group in the area is Pacific Beach DOG. We are all working for more off-leash dog areas in San Diego. C.L.A. believes that each community should have at least one leash-free dog park. This promotes community involvement and sponsorship of the parks, keeping them clean and safe for everybody to enjoy.
