GCH FDF Pleasant Fields Match 2*M
When Farrell Fields decided to get out of Lamanchas we jumped at the chance to add Match to our herd. Match's dam is the beautiful GCH One Oak Hill Medicine Match and her sire with GCH +B One Oak Hill Mac Tumbleweed. We hope that Match will prove herself to be as nice as her dam who was the 4th place 3 year old at 2000 Nationals. GCH One Oak Hill Medicine Match was also a prepotent brood doe with several sons such as FDF Pleasant Fields Malachite (sire to the 2004 National Reserve Best Udder) used in the Singing Hills herd and FDF Pleasant Fields Mark who has sired some beautiful winning daughters.

Match's 2004 LA score was 89 VEVV, we feel she should have been higher in mammary and body capacity

Update! On Sunday of the 2006 Florida State Fair Match was Best of Breed, "reserve" BDIS and Best Udder in Show. One month later she was BDIS under Lisa Siebert! Most recently Match was 2x BOB and BDIS under Donna Shepherd and Evin Evans. She is HOT this year and is looking her best ever!
Match did us proud earling a FS 92 EEEE on LA as a 5 year old!
Match was bred AI to South Fork Class Act on 8/28/06 and kidded with a huge single buck who will be retained as a junior herdsire. Due to the dystocia from kidding we are not sure whether Match will see the show ring this year or not, but for now she is doing better, we'll just continue to pamper her and let her get well....
