Sites like yours help fathers like me. It helps knowing I'm not alone in my frustration. I am spending alot of money because my ex is trying to stop me from seeing my own daughter because the ex can not get over being divorced.

I commend you on your efforts to be a father to your children. I have a very dear friend that had a disasterous court hearing where the judge ordered supervised visitation. He is not a convicted felon, in fact three years ago he went through the adoptio process. He lives 400 miles away now because of his job and his soon to be ex-wife has made it very difficult for him to see their son. If that wasn't enough, he has another ex-wife that declined child support and visitation 12 years ago. They found ea h other and all she asked for was that he pay for their child's extras...school trips, sports fees, etc. Now she is planning to take him to court for child support because her current husband can't keep enough of his salary from making its way to the rac track. Of course the case of the two ex's is in more detail than this. I just wish that my ex-husband wanted to be more of a father to our children. Thanks to men like you and my friend, I have learned that all men are not like my ex-husband, that som really want to be there for the children.

Im 26 years of age,and have 2 little angels that light my mind and my heart every time I look at thier pitcher or think of us on the playground.I havent seen my oldest in 3 1/2 years...she is now 6 years old as of Jan 11-00 .And have not seen my other ang l in 2 1/2 years....she is now 4 years old as of Jan 26-00 .I have never been in trouble with the law.....and have done nothing wrong to my little angels ,devels ie..(mothers)yes i have two little girls by to different mothers....and the judge...ie (Judg Chambers)by the way the judge is a WOMAN!!!I have spent around $7000.00 going to court to fight to see my little angels....but all 5 times the reason the mothers give the Judge...is "IT TAKES TO MUCH TIME OUT OF MY LIFE TO HAVE TO ..EVERY OTHER WEEKEND ..TO DEAL WITH ANDREW"....I was there on time every time I got to see my angels.I once was told that my 4 year old was found in a corner of the living room with a phone to her head,her mother asked her, What are you doing?....She said ....."TALKING TO MY ADDY" I need someone to tell my what im doing wrong ....please.!!I miss my angels very much...I think of them every hour of every day...if you know something that i dont that could get me my kids....call me or e-mail me..........thanks, Andrew Spurlock

I have not seen my daughter in over one year,I to have delt with lawyers, courts, social services Phcologists and more people than the mind can imagine and NO ONE can stop the insanity of my daughters mother, who started telling lies to my daughter when she was 3. I dont know if my child knows the truth anymore. I need help!!

Wonderful site..........I hope to oneday be able to have a site here in Canada to support the many Fathers that have the same problems that we have all been facing......They say that the Laws in Canada here are changing, they have evn done a government st dy on how important it is for fathers to have equal rights...But the judges still dont agree....Its Octber 1999. and my son is 1 year old and I will not wait for him to be old enough to decide whether or not he wants to be in my life....I will continue to fight the system. I think the most important factor in this whole battle may not be about our ex's rights or our rights....but Our childrens rights..They have the right to equal parental time! It Takes 2 people to make a child and children should have the right to have both parents equally in thier life. Your site had some very good things for me to read and keep my mind focused on what is important...Keep the site up and hopefully we can exchange links oneday.

I feel that when a mother wants to be evil and used your own child against you there is nothing legally that you can do. I am speaking from experience because the mother of my child try to accuse me of child abuse ( she went to court and said that my dau hter had pain in her private part and that I sexually molested her after more than two agonizing years of court battles. I prove to the court that I did'nt do such a sick act. The court gave me back my visition rights back but the mother is just not givi g up in her quest to end my relationship with my dauther. I got the support of every proffesional that was involved in this case. The mother lost all of her credability with every single one of them. however, when the final judgement came in the judge d d'nt say anything to her!!!! This is why she is still playing sick games with my little girls head and there is just nothing you or me or anybody can do about it. We just have to keep on paying child support because god forbid if you missed a couple of p yments judge Dennis Harrigan of Stamford Connecticut will surely send you to jail or penalize you in some other way. From this sick legal system I have learn that the court does not see the father as an important part of a child's life. The only thing hat the courts are concern about is the child support that the father must pay.

i think dads are treated wrong with their children and something needs to be changed all DADS ARE NOT DEADBEATS they should have rights too my son is having alot of problems with his exwife no wanting him to see his son but she rally likes the child suppo t and all my son wants is just to be a dad regardless of how much the child support is but the law doesn'y force this issue but they make sure his is the pay day source

I love angel fish and every time I get them they die. So I went to Gold fish. Ma I ask you something concerning goldfish if you know anything about them. I sure don't. Do they have babies and when do they? I have had some over 2 years and they haven't never had any that I could tell. I sure would love to see this happen. Good luck on your angel eggs hatching. Rick, As you say it is time to band together, nationwide, if we expect changes to be made. Little grassroots groups here and there can be pushed aside by all facets of government as nothing more than a bother, but there is strength in numbers and in voices. The more people, both cp and ncp, that get involved in this issue the better the chance for change. I will be linking your site with mine shortly and thank you for the link on yours. What we need more than anything else is PEOPLE; people who care; peop e who are not afraid to get involved; people who are not afraid to 'rock the boat' so to speak. Without that, we don't stand much of a chance of changing the system! Good work on your site!
