Chestnut's Stories
Chestnut joined my family on August 97. This cuddly ball of fluff has the most easy personality. Very nice, never bites! When she's rejoicing, that's her Show Time: A furry ball popcorning, popping up and turn.. or running in high speed.. Vroom~Vroom~~ Goofy! %)
* Chestnut's hair caring Since Chestnut is a Peruvian breed, more care and attention must be lavished. Her hair can grow up to 50cm long or more (Grow around 20 mm/month). I cut her hair short regularly so that she can move about with ease and not become entangled in her own fur. Otherwise, she might suffer from heat exhaustion in the hot summer weather.
She has the patient to wait throughout the hair cut and treatment (45 mins). When I petting her with appreciation, she is delighted and shows her happiness by talking a lot. =)
* Chestnut's Summer look This picture was taken 3 weeks after her big hair cut. I think she looks more like an Abyssinian guinea pig than her own breed. It's funny that the big lump of cut hair can assemble one more Chestnut! =)
* Chestnut's Love To my observation, she loves BaBy and BaBy loves MeiTau... Sometimes they are chasing each other- BaBy chasing MeiTau, MeiTau escapes and Chestnut follows BaBy, then, they form a recycling 'Merry Go Round'...=D
