Montana
Montana is a 5 year old purebred ridged male. He is red wheaten and weighs 100 lbs. Montana is obedience trained, but his family let Montana have his own way and Montana will attempt to be the pack leader if allowed. Montana is a housedog, who loves walks and exercise and likes to sleep in the bedroom on the floor at night. Montana need a home where his new owner will reinforce his obedience training and set limits.
Savana and Bechuana
ADOPTED!!! Savana and Bechuana are shown above with David and Cal who adopted them. The girls are very spoiled and live across the street from the park. The girls are both 7 years old, purebred, ridged and resgistered and were an owner surrender to rescue.
Ryder
ADOPTED!!!! Ryder was adopted by Raul and Audra. he has a golden retriever best friend. Ryder is a 5 year old purebred ridged male who was an owner surrender to rescue.
Ryan
ADOPTED!!!Ryan was adopted by Dan and Diana. He is living with his 4 legged sister, Mataki, who is a 1 1/2 year old malamute. Ryan is 1 year old Ridgeback X Boxer mix who was rescued from a shelter.
Ruby and Ridgie
ADOPTED!!!! Ridgie and Ruby were adopted by Francios and Jennifer, where they will enjoy an active life togehter. Ridgie is a 3 1/2 year old registered, purebred, AKC male with a short ridge. Ruby is a 2 year old purebred, AKC, ridgeless female.
Beau
ADOPTED!! Beau was adopted on May 4th. He is shown above with his new 2 legged sisters, Taylor and Morgan. Beau is purebred and ridged and is about 9 months old. Beau was found stray in a rural area. He is underweight and looks like he has been on his own for a while. Beau is very affectionate and eager to please. He has had no training and has probably been an outdoor dog his entire life.
Ellie
Adopted!! Ellie was adopted by the Ruiz family where she is living with a houseful of wonderful people who lost their RR last August. Ellie is a 1 year old purebred and ridged. She is a delightful, charming, affectionate girl. Ellie is a wonderful house dog ( couch potato), housebroke and loves other dogs of all sizes and ages. After throwing up in my purse on the ride to my house she has adapted to the car and loves to go places inclucing the beach.
Lacy the RR and TJ
Adopted!!! Lacy and T.J. were adopted by Norm and Joy. Lacy is a 5 year old purebred ridged female, with white stockings. Lacy was rescued from a local shelter. Her owner died and the family turned her and her 8 year old lab/golden brother, T.J., into the shelter.

ADOPTED!!! Jasmine is a 3 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback Mix. She was adopted by John and her 4 legged RR mix buddy Uptown (shown above, left)
Sara (left) & Bonnie (right)
ADOPTED!!! Sara and Bonnie were adopted on March 12, 1999 by George and Kathy. They have half an acre to explore and a 2 legged sister and a 2 legged brother. Sara and Bonnie are 1 year old sisters. Sara is a livernose with a short ridge. Bonnie has a black nose and a full ridge. Sara and Bonnie were raised as outdoor dogs, but are making the transition to indoors easily. They will need continued crate and obedience training in their new homes.
Baker
ADOPTED!!! Baker was adopted on March 10th by Carol and is livng on a 10 acre flower farm. Baker is a 3 year old purebred ridged male. He is red wheaten in color. Baker is very affectionate and knows basic obedience commands such as sit and down. Baker loves to go for walks and car rides
Muneca
Adopted!!! Muneca was adopted on March 7th by Cheryl and Brian. Muneca is pictured below with a her RR mix Max. Muneca is a 1 year old ridgeless female who was an owner surrender to rescue.
Harare
Adopted!! Harare was adopted on February 27th by Cindy and Mike. Harare is now dividing her time between Palm Springs and Fresno with her new family. Harare is a 2 1/2 year old purebred, ridged, AKC registered female that was an owner surrender to rescue.
Brandi
ADOPTED!!!! Brandi was adopted on January 16th by Ellie and Dave. Brandi is happily living in Newport Beach across the street from the Harbor, where she goes for her first walk at 5 am! Brandi is a 4 year old ridgeless spayed female, whose tail was docked. Brandi was an owner surrender to rescue.

ADOPTED!! Zoey went her new home with Maryann and Brian on December 18th! Zoey is a 6 month old ridged RR mix who was an owner surrender to rescue. Zoey, now named Copernicus, is shown below with her adoptive family, Brian, Mary Anne and her brother Einstein..
Macy
ADOPTED!! Macy went to her new home with Ellen and Lajos on December 12th! Macy will be the only dog where she can get all the attention of her expericence Ridgeback owners. Macy is a 15 month old purebred, ridged, AKC registered female that was an owner surrender to rescue.
