The BHCV Inc. is a Club for
all lovers of the Basset Hound whether they be confirmation exhibitors,
breeders, obedience or part of your family.
We have members all over Australia and several overseas members.
The Club also publishes a
newsletter called "The Basset Ear" which is full of news and
information and is available with membership of the Club.
If you are interested in
joining the Club email the Secretary for an application
form or printout membership form.
There are Bassets in the
community who fall on hard times and our Club operates a Basset Rescue Service

At the Basset
Hound Club of Victoria our members are the driving force behind the
success of the Club and we always welcome new members.
Our calendar year features the Club
Championship and Open shows, this is a great time to see lots of Bassets, meetings
to discuss the well-being of the breed and the Club, Dutch auctions, the
ever popular Basset Walks, the Christmas Picnic and through it all we
have all made some close friends in the process. If
you wish to join the Club and be part of the fun with your Basset, download the? Membership Form, print it and fill in your details and?
post it to the Club Secretary, the address is on the form.
Rescued Bassets
The club would like to thank Sean & Sheenagh Mulroy for their generous donation to the Rescue Service.
We currently don't have any more Bassets for rehousing.
