Farmer John

Okay so he's not a farmer, actually he was a railroad man. Now he's enjoying being retired (ok so he's really just enjoying driving Granny nuts, sshh don't tell him I said that). Everyone in my family was blessed with a wonderful (sometimes gross) sense of humor and this is where it came from. One of the most important lessons in life I learned from him, *never take yourself to seriously* or anything else for that matter. Not everything in life is a matter of great consequence, and even if it is, does worrying about it help anything? A lot of peoples troubles are borrowed; based on what could be instead of on what is. So thanks Pa for saving me a lifetime full of aggravation and for teaching me how to laugh!

I love you!
