    What is a WOLF?!
A wolf is a mystical creature, feared by many... unjustly. The wolf is a cousin of our pet dogs, the red fox, the dingo, the coyote, and the racoon dog.... and many more. The dog family is a diverse one. A family many people are a part of. The Wolf is cunning, one of the most successful hunters ever to live. The wolf can live in many areas. The only places you won't find the Wolf is the driest deserts, or the highest mountains! You can find the Wolf in Canada, Europe, Japan & Asia. The Wolf has many names, Grey Wolf, Timber Wolf, Red Wolf (endangered), Arctic Wolf, Buffalo wolf, Mexican Wolf (endangered), Tundra Wolf, Eastern Timber Wolf. Even though the Wolf has many names, each is just a variation of the same species.
How can you tell which one's a Wolf? Well, I'll tell you!!! An adult Wolf looks like a German Shephard dog, but if you look... The Wolf has a larger, wider head, and short ears. The Wolf has longer legs, and bigger feet. Their bodies are more streamlined because their chests are narrower. Wolves also hang their tails down, while dogs tend to curl them up. The Timber Wolf is the largest member.

    Great Spots to check out!!!

I would like to thank my sister Julie for helping me get the "lights" turned on!!!
