Instructions:
-
Fold the 6 to 8 inch doily in half and roll it into the shape of a cone. Tape it in place.
-
Poke a small hole in the center of the 4 inch doily if one is not already there. Bend, but do not crease it and fit it over the point of the cone. Use tape to hold it in place creating a large collar.
-
Attach the red heart-shaped doily to the back of the body to create wings for the angel.
-
Bend the end of the pipecleaner into a circle creating a halo and thread the bead on the other end.
-
Push the end of the pipcleaner through the hole in the top of the cone to attach the head to the body.
-
Turn the angel upside down and tape the end of the pipecleaner to the inside of the angel's skirt.
|
Variations:
-
Use markers to draw a face on the angel or use purchased heads with a face already painted on them.
-
Use several strands of doll hair glued to the bead to give the angel hair.
