Harry Eugene Temen, 53, of Brownsville was found guilty of murder in the deaths of Glen and Pearl Todd in their home on South Acres Drive on Oct. 9, 1983, during a robbery. Todd, a 67-year-old radiator shop owner, was shot to death. His 64-year-old wife died from multiple blows to the head with a blunt object. Temen, who said he was negotiating a business deal with Todd, admitted being present when the slayings occurred but said another man killed the Todds and told him to take their diamond and gold jewelry. The man Temen named as the killer, Clyde Edwin Pruett, 50, is fighting extradition to Texas from Colorado, where he and Temen were arrested nine days after the slayings.” Virginia and Glen were bur.
