Apple Strudel

  • 115grms Flour
  • 100grms Butter
  • Cold Water to mix
  • 1 Apple-large, peeled and diced
  • 3/4cup Nuts and Dried Mixed Fruit-even mix of both
  • 1 Lemon-juice and rind
  • 1/4cup sugar
  • 1tblspn Butter-melted

Mix flour to stiff dough with cold water, roll out and wrap around butter. Continue rolling out and folding until butter is evenly mixed through.Mix together all filling ingredients. Line a pre-greased tin with the pastry and put in the filling. Fold pastry over filling and turn up-right. Bake for 30minutes on 450f.
